The majority of orders are shipped within 14 days, however due to the specialist nature of many parts some parts may be made-to-order or placed on back-order by the manufacturer.
Orders on back-order are carefully monitored and we update order estimates regularly on the website. We will also contact you should there be any significant delay over the provided estimate. We ask you for you patience and will promise we will do everything to get your part as soon as possible.
Orders that are in "New" and "Awaiting Payment" status can be changed or cancelled upon your request. However, once an order is in "Processing" or "Preparing Shipment" status changes or cancellations may incur a restocking fee. Please contact us to discuss the changes required and we can provide the details.
If you believe you have been shipped incorrect parts or there is a problem with the parts you have received please contact us below. Occassionally orders are part-shipped due to varying leadtimes and we will generally contact you in advance in this case.

When the actual shipping cost is less than the initial estimate, we provide a refund into your account. When the shipping cost is more than the initial estimate the additional payment is required before shipping.
