HKS Circle Earth System

The electrical performance of an automobile system deteriorates when the grounding of critical electrical parts are not executed properly or efficiently. Once the grounding scheme of the electrical circuits & parts are improved, the electrical efficiency will increase, and as a result, the whole automobile performance system as a whole will improve.

Circular Grounding System - By utilizing a 24 karat gold plated distribution block and multiple grounding points, improved idle and drivability are often obtained as the additional grounding points equalize resistance and voltage between various ground points. Each 8 gauge spiral twined cable is wrapped with signature HKS purple plastic to protect and add color to the Circle Earth System. Vehicle specific kits included pre-measured cable lengths and distribution blocks.

Depending on the space available in different engine bays, a Separate (S) type circular disk & a Direct (D) type are made available by HKS to suit each individual automobile.

SPECS & FUNCTIONS
To accomodate a maximum of 24 installation of grounding contacts, a separate circular plate which is installed separately from the main battery ground is provided.

High Efficiency
The separate circular plate have 12 concentric holes equally spaced, and located at the edge. This design will ensure a high efficiency of high current distribution. In addition, this design provides a safe contact & enhanced heat dissipation.

Easy installation
The 8scq-sized contact enusres easy installation. 0.12mmx658 book overlap twist guarantees a high efficiency of high current flow. Maximum current recommended is 65A/1 book.

Enhanced contact point coatings
The HKS circular grounding system consists of high grade copper material terminated with 24K gold plated contacts. HKS takes the basic concept of automobile electrical grounding system to the next level with this product.
