Containers
With the success of Nengun Auctions we have some customers ordering large numbers of parts and experiencing significant air freight costs. To address this we now have container shipping available at very competitive prices.
Contact Us and we will organise a container stored on our premises, free if shipped within one month. We will also enable a new container shipping method on the website for your login. You can then fill the container at your leisure, paying only Japanese domestic freight and low priced container shipping costs.
Shipping Insurance
Occasionally orders are damaged during transit and we have found the insurance claim process for carriers such as EMS and Fedex to be quite time consuming.
While not a frequent occurrence, it has typically taken the Japan Post and Fedex several months to process claims. This means you don't have a functional part until the carrier honours the claim enabling us to send out your replacement.
To address this, we are excited to launch a new feature on the Nengun Performance website enabling additional flexibility on insurance options during checkout. More on the Nengun Blog.

Tokyo Auto Salon 2010
