D Sport Reinforced Release Bearing

The D-SPORT reinforced release bearing is solved by specially designing the sluggish movement and bearing disassembly that occur when the normal release bearing is used for the reinforced clutch.  By making the tip of the bearing tapered, it is possible to make constant contact with the diaphragm spring at any angle, and an appropriate sleeve height is set. This has realized the smooth movement of a clutch pedal.  While the normal bearing is a composite product of metal and resin, the fracture strength is improved by integrating it with metal. In addition, high strength is achieved by increasing the strength of the bearing body.
