1. Can't see Japanese characters?

Even if you can't read Japanese, it is preferable to see the actual Japanese characters than invalid characters, often shown as black boxes. If you are using Microsoft Windows this can be easily fixed by downloading and installing the free Japanese language pack.

2. I have not received an email reply after a week?

In many cases we are not able to respond to your email due to an incorrect email address provided or a problem with your email supplier. If you do not receive a reply e-mail after a week then try using a Yahoo or Hotmail account to contact us.
