• Copper Single Disk
  • Allowable Output: Around 400hp (when using our clutch cover). Varies depending on the vehicle model.
  • Burst Strength: It clears 12,500 rpm.
  • Copper and carbon content: The copper single disc is developed in accordance with European standards that do not contain lead, taking into consideration the impact on the environment, and does not contain any lead, which would be required by increasing the copper content. In addition, the unique manufacturing process dramatically improves the bond between carbon and copper. This provides high transmission performance even at high temperatures, high rotation speeds, and high power.
  • Unit weight: Although a damper spring is used to reduce noise and stress on the transmission, the weight of the unit is the same as that of the genuine product.
  • Heat Countermeasures: Resistant to temperature changes during actual driving.  From starting off in low temperatures to clutch operation in high temperatures, the brakes provide a stable friction coefficient and high wear resistance, allowing you to experience excellent control performance even in situations where temperature changes are unavoidable.
  • Operability: Starting off is also smooth.  The unique judder seen in conventional metal discs has been significantly reduced, and the half-clutch width has been increased, allowing for smooth starting and clutch operation. In terms of feeling, it is a clutch that is "easy to use even for beginners to reinforced clutches" without the sudden connection feeling of metal.
  • Durability: Also suitable for drifting and sports driving.  The disc is also resistant to warping that can occur when the disc gets hot, such as when kicking the clutch while drifting. The use of high-performance heat-resistant materials also makes the disc resistant to slippage caused by heat generated during intense shifting operations, such as when driving on a circuit, and it is sure to be compatible with high-output engines.
  • Strength: Outstanding burst strength.  Normally, increasing the amount of copper makes it difficult for the facings to bond together, making them more likely to burst. Cusco has solved this problem with its own technology. By improving the bond between carbon and copper, it provides stable transmission performance even at high temperatures and is compatible with high rotation and high output. As a result, it passed the strength test under high load at 12,500 rpm (measured by our company), achieving excellent connection even at high rotation.
  • Mission Load: Uses damper springs.  A damper spring is used to make it easier to handle when starting off, etc. This reduces the noise of the transmission and also reduces the load on the disc itself and the transmission.
• Clutch Cover:
