When lowering the vehicle you measure from the center of the rim to the top of the inner Guard or fender. A nice street look is not been able to get your fingers into the Guards as I have done on the pick attached for the R35. This is achieved by screwing the suspension down. I have also attached of pic of my suspension. Then you also have a dial front a rear which can adjust the stiffness of the ride. There are 27 settings of adjustment from the dial front and rear for the R35. So at step 1 the ride would be softer right up to setting 27 which gives no movement in the vehicle at all for track purposes. Its very simple to adjust these dials once the suspension has been installed by simply lifting up the hood in for the front and from inside the vehicle from the rear.
