About Knight Sports

Knight Sports

Knight Sports opened in 1971 in Kita-Magome, Ota, Tokyo, as a car and motorcycle accessory shop, and was racing rotary-engined touring cars almost from the start. In 1974 Toyo Kogyo, today's Mazda, named it one of its rotary engine tuners, and in 1976 it raced at the Daytona 24 Hours and the Macau Grand Prix.

Since 2002 its workshop has been on Jonanjima in Ota, where it tunes and maintains RX-7s above all, and makes engine, exhaust, intake and suspension parts for the RX-7 and for today's Mazdas.
