About Ohlins

Ohlins is a Swedish maker of suspension, founded in 1976 by Kenth Ohlin, a former motocross racer, and based in Upplands Vasby, near Stockholm. Ohlins makes shock absorbers and steering dampers for cars and motorcycles, and has been part of Brembo since January 2025.

Ohlins in Japan is imported by Carrozzeria Japan, founded on 23 January 1987 and based in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. Carrozzeria Japan runs the Ohlins service centre in Adachi Ward, Tokyo, which tunes and overhauls Ohlins units and develops and sets up racing shocks.
