Blow Off Valves

Blow Off Valves ensure excess pressure is vented from the intake manifold when the throttle is quickly closed. The release of pressure ensures the turbo does not get dramatically slowed by the sudden increase of pressure and therefore can prevent turbo wear. Blow Off Valves, also known as BOV's can also feature some of the signature noises heard from turbo vehicles across the world.
