About Arugos
Arugos is a range of performance clutches made by Ogura Clutch, a maker of clutches and brakes in Gunma Prefecture. Ogura Clutch began in May 1938 in Tokyo, started making mechanical clutches in 1939, moved to Gunma in 1944 and has made clutches for car air conditioners since 1964.
Arugos makes single, twin and triple plate clutches with metal discs, a Light Clutch with a cushioned disc, carbon discs for some cars and chromoly flywheels, for street and circuit use.
