The BLITZ Oil Filters are a high-performance oil filter made by Blitz, a company with a proven track record in air cleaner filters. Specially designed to maximize the filtering performance of the filter itself. By increasing the filter strength, it can meet high standards under all load conditions.
Features
- Achieves durability performance exceeding that specified in JIS standard impulse endurance tests.
- Available in Blue and Red colours, for some vehicles.
- We offer a wide range of products to suit a variety of vehicle models.
- By using an M-folded "filter paper" shape, it has become possible to increase the "filter paper" area by approximately 20% compared to conventional plain weave.
- Check Valve prevents drain back and regulates the flow of oil.
Notes
- Subaru Horizontally Opposed Engine Exclusive Type [B-8202]
- Subaru vehicles equipped with horizontally opposed engines come equipped with a "high pressure type" oil filter with a high relief valve pressure as standard.
- If the filter does not have the correct relief pressure, and continues to be used when dirty and clogged, foreign matter in the dirty oil may enter the engine or the appropriate amount of oil may not be secured.
- BLITZ racing oil filters for horizontally opposed engines are designed to maximize high filtering performance and ensure the correct amount of oil by adjusting this pressure.
- TOYOTA GR86/86 and SUBARU BRZ
- Equipped with horizontally opposed engines, BLITZ have prepared a special size that maximizes performance in situations specific to naturally aspirated engines that frequently use high revolutions during sports driving.
- Although it is a "high pressure type", it adopts a large capacity type with a large oil flow rate.
- It has sufficient capacity even at high revolutions, and has a long life while maintaining high filtration performance, making it a high-grade type exclusively for the 86/BRZ.

About Blitz
Blitz began in Tokyo in the late 1970s as a circuit racing team and opened as a tuning shop around 1980. Its early name came from turbo upgrades and conversion kits, built on what its founders had learnt supporting race teams.
From there it grew into a maker of a wide range of tuning parts: turbo and supercharger kits, intercoolers, exhausts, intakes, boost controllers, gauges and electronics, suspension and brakes. Blitz became known worldwide through drifting, including its ER34 Skyline in the D1 Grand Prix, and it makes parts for most Japanese performance cars.
