The CD7 Accord Coupe came with 15x5.5 +55 wheels on 195/60R15 tyres, the same size front and rear. Most owners run 17x7 to 17x7.5 +40 to +45 on 215/45R17, which fits without modification, as do 16x6.5 to 16x7 +40 to +45 on 205/55R16 and 18x7.5 to 18x8 +40 to +45 on 215/40R18. For a flush look, 17x8 to 17x8.5 +30 to +35 on 215/45R17 fits with rolled fenders and some extra camber.
