The EF3 Civic left the factory on 14x5.5 +45 wheels with 185/60R14 tyres, the same front and rear. Without modification, most owners run 15x7 +38 to +42 (or 15x6.5 in the same offsets) on 195/50R15 tyres, which sits flush with the fenders, and 14x6.5 +38 to +45 also fits. With rolled fenders and some extra camber, 15x7 +25 to +32 on 195/50R15 or 205/50R15 tyres sits right at or just past the fender line.
