The Civic e:HEV came with 18x8 +50 wheels on 235/40R18 tyres, front and rear. Most owners run the same size all round, and 18x8.5 +45 on 235/40R18, or 19x8.5 +45 on 235/35R19, fits without modification. For a flush look, 18x9.5 +38 on 255/35R18 fits with rolled fenders and some extra camber.
