Every Civic FL1 left the factory on 18x8 +50 wheels with 235/40R18 tyres. Without modification, 18x7.5 to 18x8.5 or 19x8 to 19x8.5 at +45 to +50 fit, and 18x8.5 +45 sits flush with the fender. With a drop, rolled fenders and some extra front camber, most owners run 18x9.5 +38 on 245/40R18, and 18x9 to 18x9.5 at +38 to +45, or 19x9 to 19x9.5 at +40 to +45, sit right out at the fender.
