The CR-V Hybrid came on 18x7.5 +45 wheels with 235/60R18 tyres, the same size front and rear. Most owners run 18 or 19 inch wheels from 7.5 to 8.5 wide at +43 to +50, or 20x8.5 +43 to +48 with 245/45R20, which fit without modification. For a flush look, 8.5 to 9 wide at +38 to +42, such as 19x9 +40 with 245/50R19, fits with rolled fenders and some extra camber.
