Every RE3 CR-V came on 18x7 +50 wheels with 225/60R18 tyres. Without modification, 18x7 to 18x8 at +45 to +53, 19x8 +47 to +50 or 20x8.5 +50 to +52 fit, with the same size front and rear. With rolled fenders and some extra camber, most owners run 18x8.5 or 19x8.5 at +35 to +40, or 20x8.5 +40 to +45; wheels need tapered nuts, not the factory ones.
