Your CR-V came with 17x6.5 +50 on the X grade or 18x7 +50 on the other grades, the same size front and rear. Most owners fit 18x7.5 to 18x8.5 or 19x8 to 19x8.5 at +45 to +50, which fits without modification, on 235/55R18 or 245/50R19 tyres. With rolled fenders and some extra camber, 18x8.5 to 18x9 at +38 to +45 on 255/55R18, or 20x8.5 to 20x9 at +35 to +40 on 245/45R20, sit flush or just past the fenders.
