The GS450h came with 18x8 +45 wheels and 245/40R18 tyres all round. Most owners run staggered 19s, and 19x9 +41 on 245/35R19 at the front with 19x9.5 +45 on 275/30R19 at the rear fits without modification. With rolled fenders and some extra camber, 19x9.5 +35 front and 19x10.5 +40 rear on 245/35R19 and 275/30R19, or 20x9 +35 front and 20x10 +40 rear on 245/30R20 and 285/25R20, sit flush with the fenders.
