The IS250 AWD came on 17x8 +45 wheels with 225/45R17 tyres all round, and later base cars on 16x7 +45 with 205/55R16. Most owners keep the same size front and rear, and 18x8.5 +42 on 225/40R18 or 19x8.5 +42 on 225/35R19 fits without modification. With rolled fenders and some extra camber, 18x9.5 +35 on 245/40R18 all round sits flush.
