The LX570 came on 20x8.5 +60 wheels with 285/50R20 tyres, with 21x8.5 +54 on 275/50R21 as an option, the same size front and rear. Without modification, most owners run 20x9 to 20x9.5 at +40 to +55 on 285/50R20, or 22x9.5 to 22x10 at +45 to +55 on 285/45R22. For a flush look, 20x9 to 20x9.5 at +20 to +35, or 22x9.5 to 22x10 at +30 to +40, fit once the front mud flaps are trimmed and the inner liners are eased back.
