The NX300h came with 17x7 +35 and 18x7.5 +35 wheels, and later F SPORT models with 18x7.5 +39, the same size front and rear. Most owners run 20x8.5 +35 on 245/45R20 tyres, and 18x7.5-8.5 +38 to +45, 19x8-8.5 +35 to +45 and 20x8-8.5 +35 to +45 all fit without modification. With rolled fenders and some extra camber, 20x9-9.5 +30 to +38 on 245/45R20 sits flush to just past the fender.
