The NX350h came on 18x7.5 +35 wheels with 235/60R18 tyres or 20x7.5 +35 with 235/50R20, the same size front and rear. Without modification, most owners run 18, 19 or 20-inch wheels 8 to 8.5 wide at +38 to +45, such as 20x8.5 +40 on 235/50R20. For a flush fit, 20x9 to 20x9.5 at +35 to +38 on 245/45R20, or 21x9 +35 to +40 on 255/40R21 with lowering springs, sit right at the fender line, with rolled fenders and some extra camber where the car is lowered.
