The NX450h+ came on 20x7.5 +35 wheels with 235/50R20 tyres, the same front and rear. Without modification, 20x8.5 to 20x9 at +38 to +45 on 235/50R20 fits, as does 21x9 +38 to +45 on 235/45R21. With some extra camber, 20x9.5 +30 to +35 on 255/45R20 or 21x9.5 +30 to +35 on 255/40R21 sits flush with the arches, and most owners run the same size front and rear.
