The R Magic FD Power Igniter Type-A increases the secondary current value, which is particularly effective in increasing torque in the low RPM range. There is also an effect in the high RPM range, but the effect is less noticeable due to the short ignition time. In the high RPM range, the effect of preventing misfires and knocking is greater than the feeling of improvement. R Magic knew that increasing the secondary voltage value would have an even greater effect, but it would significantly reduce the durability of the genuine coil. Back when parts that amplified the output voltage of the igniter were popular, R Magic saw many cases where the ignition coil broke down, leading to engine failure. Therefore, they developed a product that increases the current value without increasing the voltage value.
