OLD & NEW Team Daytona style, the quintessential off-roader in the form of the RAYS TEAM DAYTONA D9 Wheels. The D9 was born as a variation model of the M9 design. The so-called "lotus root wheel," which can be said to be the classic of off-road wheels, is fused with the overhanging beadlock design and slit-shaped air scoops rising from the rim, which are also the characteristics of the M9, and is elevated to a modern form that could otherwise be too classic. Compared to the M9, it has a harder look and a more mechanical, gear-like feel, because it is mainly targeted at pickup trucks such as the popular Triton and Hilux. Hence, the 9 holes are laid open without any frills.
10 air scoops and 9 holes. The "offset" created, just like the M9, is to express an active gear that gives a sense of movement. The D9 is a hard off-roader wheel that does not get overshadowed by the presence of the tire.

About RAYS
RAYS was founded in 1973 in Higashiosaka, Osaka, and has made wheels there ever since. Its first wheel, the Volk Mesh, came out in 1975, a racing division followed in 1981, and in 1986 the Volk Racing Gr.A became its first forged wheel. Forging is what RAYS is best known for: the Volk Racing TE37, first sold in 1996, is still one of the most copied wheel designs in the world.
Volk Racing wheels were on the Mazda 787B that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1991, and RAYS has supplied factory teams of Nissan, Honda, Toyota and Mazda since. Its range today covers Volk Racing, gramLIGHTS, HOMURA, VERSUS and more, all designed and made in Japan.
