The RAYS TEAM DAYTONA F6Gain BLACK EDITION, featuring a long spoke and concave design, is colored in a semi-gloss black, a color exclusive to the BLACK EDITION. The "semi-gloss" finish enhances the design's appeal while creating a sense of unity with the tire. The center cap is also a black forged aluminum press cap to match the wheel, and a TEAM DAYTONA logo is machined into the flange as a subtle accent, adding a touch of luxury. RAYS was founded in 1973 in Higashiosaka, Osaka, and has made wheels there ever since. Its first wheel, the Volk Mesh, came out in 1975, a racing division followed in 1981, and in 1986 the Volk Racing Gr.A became its first forged wheel. Forging is what RAYS is best known for: the Volk Racing TE37, first sold in 1996, is still one of the most copied wheel designs in the world.
