The RAYS VOLK RACING ZE40X Wheel has been created to inherit the design philosophy of the ZE40 and to aim to be the strongest 4x4 wheel. The spokes are optimized for a vertical cross section that can withstand high loads, and the original center part is reminiscent of off-roading. The spokes are connected to the rim, and the strength is increased to the highest level, boasting the ability to easily run over gravel and rough roads. The reduction in thickness by machining also brings out a balance with lightness, proving that the wheel originates from racing. Not only in terms of performance, but also in safety, meeting the JWL-T truck standard and RAYS' own JWL+R standard, this wheel, forged to the ultimate in off-road forging, is packed with the power to attack and run through all roads.

About RAYS
RAYS was founded in 1973 in Higashiosaka, Osaka, and has made wheels there ever since. Its first wheel, the Volk Mesh, came out in 1975, a racing division followed in 1981, and in 1986 the Volk Racing Gr.A became its first forged wheel. Forging is what RAYS is best known for: the Volk Racing TE37, first sold in 1996, is still one of the most copied wheel designs in the world.
Volk Racing wheels were on the Mazda 787B that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1991, and RAYS has supplied factory teams of Nissan, Honda, Toyota and Mazda since. Its range today covers Volk Racing, gramLIGHTS, HOMURA, VERSUS and more, all designed and made in Japan.
