The Seeker Shift Boot Collar is machined from aluminum and plated making it ideal to increase the style of your interior. For cars like the GE-FIT, GK-FIT and some CR-Z / S660s that use a method of connecting the shift boots and the genuine knob, the appearance can be a bit of an eye sore once and aftermarket shift knob is installed. That is exactly what these collars were designed for.
In addition, the boot collar is equipped with an O-ring as standard equipment, so the vertical position of the collar can be easily set. It also prevents abnormal noise generated by engine vibration.
