The Forester left the factory on 17x7 +48 or 18x7 +48 wheels, the same size front and rear. Without modification, most owners run 18x7.5 to 18x8.5 at +45 to +50 on 225/55R18 or 235/55R18, or 19x8 +45 on 235/50R19. For a flush-to-the-fender look, 18x8.5 to 18x9 at +35 to +42 on 245/50R18 fits with rolled fenders and some extra camber.
