The GC8 WRX came on 15x6 +55 and later 16x6.5 +55 wheels, and the STi on 16x7 +53, all the same size front and rear. Most owners run 17x7.5 +48 with 215/45R17 tyres, and 17x7 to 17x7.5 at +45 to +50 or 16x7 at +45 to +53 fits without modification. With rolled fenders and some extra camber, 17x8 +40 to +48 on 235/40R17 or 18x8 +43 to +48 on 225/35R18 sits flush.
