The KS4 Sambar Truck came on 12x4 +45 steel wheels with 145R12 or 5.00-12 truck tyres, on a 4x100 pattern with a 59 mm hub, so wheels need a bore of at least 59 mm. Most owners fit 12x4 +45, 13x4.5 +45 or 14x4.5 +45 with 165/55R14 tyres, which fit without modification. For a wider look, 13x5.5 +38 or 14x5 +42 sits just past the rear fenders, with the mud flaps trimmed and a check at full steering lock.
