TM Square - Bonnet Air Outlet

The TM-SQUARE Bonnet Air Outlet is a cooling part that efficiently removes the heat generated by this turbocharged engine from the engine bay. Rather than molding the entire bonnet out of carbon fiber, the factory bonnet has been modified and air outlet ducts have been installed only in the necessary areas, using the same method as that used in TCR category racing cars, which are currently attracting a great deal of attention worldwide. By adding significant cooling efficiency to the strength and excellent clearance of the genuine bonnet, TM SQUARE have achieved a high level of balance between cost, effectiveness, and visual appeal.

This product is installed by cutting out a portion of the hood using an air saw or similar tool, and then fixing it in place with adhesive (3M Automix Panel Bond 8115 is recommended). The product also comes with a template to use when cutting out the part.
When the TM-SQUARE Bonnet Air Outlet is installed, it will protrude 75mm below the bonnet surface. If your intake box is a genuine part, there will be no problem, but if you are using an aftermarket intake box, please make sure there is enough space in this area.

Notes

When it rains, rainwater will get into the engine compartment while the vehicle is stopped and while it is running.
In TM SQUARE's opinion, even with the stock hood, when driving in rain, a large amount of rainwater will seep into the engine bay through the gaps in the radiator fins and from under the body. Also, since waterproof couplers are used in various parts, they consider the engine bay to be outdoors in terms of indoor/outdoor use. Therefore, TM SQUARE do not provide any measures to prevent rainwater from seeping in through the openings, so if you are concerned about rainwater seeping in through the openings, they ask that you modify/take measures on your own. (The product itself has 5mm holes on both sides to prevent rainwater from accumulating.)
This product requires a UV-cut gel coat.
It will be delivered unpainted (without clear coating).
Adhesive used for installation is not included.
The stay holder (the hook for fixing the stay when opening the hood) will need to be relocated.
