The Tomei ARMS M7963 Turbine Kit 4G63 is a bolt-on turbo kit that standard displacement engines, or those with increased displacement. This turbo emphasizes peak numbers in the higher RPM range that will far exceed those of the OEM turbo.
Features
- Complete bolt-on: All of the gaskets, piping and small parts necessary for installation are included in this turbine kit. After purchase, you can do installation work immediately without arranging genuine parts etc.
- Considering the characteristics of the ARMS turbine, floating metal is adopted as the bearing part of the shaft.
- Flat Primary Exhaust Pressure Characteristics: It achieves output characteristics with rise of engine rotation without slowing or rapidly rising characteristics of output. It enables smooth driving without feeling stress or difficulty in handling even in actual operation.
- Genuine equivalent response: Increasing the size of the turbine leads to deterioration of response, but we have derived a combination of turbine wheel and compressor wheel from a number of tests to improve output without dropping it.
- Maintain output even at high rotation: It is an output characteristic that drips from around 6000 rpm in normal, but it can maintain up to the high revolution range. This characteristic should be very effective and great advantage for future tuning such as increase in displacement.

Tomei was founded in 1968 by members of the Johoku Riders motorcycle club, among them Nissan works driver Seiichi Suzuki. It began as a racing engine builder for Nissan engines only, and its work on the Nissan L-series and later the RB and SR engines made its name. The company took the name Tomei Powered when it moved to Machida, Tokyo, in 1994.
Tomei now develops parts for many Japanese engines, Mitsubishi, Subaru and Toyota as well as Nissan: camshafts, valve train parts, pistons, connecting rods and crankshafts, complete engines, and exhaust systems such as its well-known Expreme titanium range.
