The TOMEI Full Cast Exhaust Manifold for the RB26DETT is designed with a non-welding, one piece design.  It is design to be incredibly durable and reliable, even under extreme conditions.  It is constructed with a full lost-wax casting process.

Although the lost-wax process is more difficult and time consuming, the benefits out weigh these facts.  This method of construction eliminates the well known, major problem with cracking at the welds, even under severe usage.
