The Toyota Crown is a line of full-size luxury sedans by Toyota primarily aimed at the Japanese market and sold in other select Asian markets.

Introduced in 1955, it has served as the mainstream sedan from Toyota in the Japanese market throughout its existence and holds the distinction of being the longest running passenger-car nameplate affixed to any Toyota model, along with being the first Toyota vehicle to be exported to the United States in 1958. Its traditional competitors in Japan and Asia have been the Nissan Cedric/Gloria/Fuga and the Honda Legend, along with the defunct Mazda Luce, Isuzu Bellel, and Mitsubishi Debonair.

Every GWS224 Crown came on 18x8 +45 with 225/45R18 tyres. Most owners step up to 19 inch: 19x8.5 +45 front with 225/40R19 and 19x9.5 +48 rear with 255/35R19 fit without modification, as do 20x8.5 +45 front and 20x9.5 +50 rear. With a drop, rolled fenders and some extra camber, owners run 19x9 +40 front and 19x10 +38 rear, or 20x9 +38 front and 20x10 +38 rear on 245/30R20 and 275/30R20.
