Toyota Damaged Celica (ST165/3S-GTE) genuine front pipe

This is a genuine front pipe for a Celica (ST165/3S-GTEU). It is a used item, removed from a GT-FOUR grade vehicle. It has dents, rust, signs of wear, and discoloration. Unfortunately, the bellows section in the middle is rubbed and torn. This tear will cause it to fail vehicle inspection, but it is a rare original part, so how about using it as a base for repair or to restore it to its original condition? *Sold as is, no claims accepted.
