The Prius PHV came with 15x6.5 +40 wheels, an optional 17x7 +50, and 18x7.5 +50 on the GR SPORT, the same size front and rear. Most owners run 18x7.5 to 18x8 at +45 to +50 on 225/40R18, or the same widths in 17 or 19 inch, which fits without modification. Lowered, with rolled fenders and some extra camber, 18x8.5 or 19x8.5 at +40 to +45 at the front with 8.5 to 9 at +43 to +48 at the rear, on 225 tyres, sits flush with the fenders.
