It has been opened but does not appear to have been used. The only compatible car models listed on the box label are the Camry and Corolla, but it seems that other car models with the same shape paddle shifters could also use it. It is fixed with double-sided tape and grub screws, but there is a possibility that the original paddle shifters may be damaged by tightening the grub screws.
