The WedsSport TC105X Forged Wheels, which are based on the TC105X GT that is actually used in Super GT, has been evolved for commercial use, and has achieved the ideal performance of a sports wheel. For WedsSport forged wheels, 10,000 tons of pressure is instantly applied to the cylindrical aluminum billet "6061-T6". Pressure is applied using a hydraulic press to refine the grains of aluminum, increasing the strength of the material. After that, WEDS move on to the spinning process to form the rim. After the rim is formed, it undergoes a heating and cooling process to increase its strength. Based on the latest strength analysis, they use a 5-axis machining center to perform complex machining that added "Air+α" to the product. In order to meet the needs for lightweight, high-rigidity, and high-performance sports wheels, WedsSport forged wheels are made with high technology.

"AIR+α" is a significant evolution from the conventional AIR+. Increased air volume also improves stability. Uncompromising commitment to WedsSport wheels.
While ensuring strength, we thoroughly searched for areas that could be made lighter and trimmed away excess fat. In addition to simply removing it, we aim to stabilize the air pressure by increasing the air volume. Features that both reduce weight and increase air volume.
