Works Bell offer their SRD Kit (Steering Switch Relocation Kit) for select vehicles. These will allow you to relocate the buttons on your OEM steering wheel when you replace the wheel with an aftermarket wheel.

About Works Bell
Works Bell is a steering boss maker established in February 1983, with its head office in Setagaya, Tokyo, and a factory in Chino, Nagano. Its roots go back to 1950, as a machining workshop in Meguro, Tokyo.
It is known for the Rapfix quick-release steering hub, launched in 2001, and the SRD kit, which keeps a car's factory steering-wheel switches working after a wheel swap. Its products fit cars such as the Subaru WRX STI, and it also makes paddle shifters and steering wheels.
