Features
- Although it varies depending on the boost setting, you can expect an increase of 30 to 50 ps compared to when a sports front pipe of the type normally sold on the market is installed. And the response will be much better. The layout, which is much longer than a normal front pipe from 70φW to 90φ, is a completely original profile that was the result of thorough consideration and driving tests on the GT-R.
- This is a unique and overwhelming know-how that could only have been created by front pipe pioneer Kakimoto Racing, who first created the now common concept of front pipe tune.
- "Sound is performance", as Kai Kakimoto has always said, and the dry, superb sound is proof of Premium's performance.

About Kakimoto Racing
Kakimoto Racing was founded in 1975 by Yoshiyuki Kakimoto alongside his racing activities, and is based in Sakai, Osaka. A Kakimoto S30 Fairlady Z set a top-speed record at the JARI test track in 1982, reaching 263.73 km/h, and an R32 Skyline GT-R set a standing quarter-mile record in 1997.
It became known for sports mufflers, and by 1982 its muffler sales ranked third nationally. Today Kakimoto Racing makes mufflers and exhaust parts for sports and passenger cars, and still tunes engines, including the L-type, RB26 and NSX.
