The Evo IV left the factory on 16x6.5 +46 wheels with 205/50R16 tyres on the GSR, and 15x6 +46 with 205/60R15 on the RS. Its fenders are narrower than later Evos', so most owners run 17x7 to 17x7.5 at +45 to +50 on 215/45R17, which fits without modification. With rolled fenders and some extra front camber, 17x7.5 to 17x8 at +38 to +42 on 225/45R17 sits flush.
