The WRX wagon came on 15x6 +55 wheels with 205/55R15 tyres until late 1994, then 16x6.5 +55 with 205/50R16, and the STi versions on 16x7 +53. Most owners run 17x7 or 17x7.5 at +48 to +53 with 215/45R17 tyres, which fits without modification; 16x7 +48 to +53 fits the same way. With rolled fenders and some extra camber, 17x8 +40 to +45 on 235/40R17 or 18x8 +40 to +45 on 225/35R18 sits flush, with the same size front and rear.
