Features
Tomei have adopted the solid pivot system to enable adequate cam clearance adjustments while keeping total height of pivot of each cylinder fixed. Therefore it is possible to build a more precise head system in a shorter time compare to the other conventional methods. Improvements in the reliability and lower pricing were made possible at the same time by having reduced the number of parts required.

About Tomei
Tomei was founded in 1968 by members of the Johoku Riders motorcycle club, among them Nissan works driver Seiichi Suzuki. It began as a racing engine builder for Nissan engines only, and its work on the Nissan L-series and later the RB and SR engines made its name. The company took the name Tomei Powered when it moved to Machida, Tokyo, in 1994.
Tomei now develops parts for many Japanese engines, Mitsubishi, Subaru and Toyota as well as Nissan: camshafts, valve train parts, pistons, connecting rods and crankshafts, complete engines, and exhaust systems such as its well-known Expreme titanium range.
