The Celica came on 15x6.5 +39 or 16x6.5 +39 wheels, the same size front and rear. 17x7 to 17x8 at +37 to +42 on 215/45R17 tyres fits without modification, as does 18x7.5 to 18x8 at the same offsets on 225/35R18. For a flush look, most owners run 17x8.5 to 17x9 at +30 to +35 on 235/40R17, or 18x8.5 to 18x9 at +32 to +35 on 235/35R18, with rolled fenders and some extra camber.
