The FD1 Civic sedan came with 16x6.5 +45 wheels on 205/55R16 tyres on every grade. Anything from 17x7 to 17x8 or 18x7.5 to 18x8.5 at +40 to +45 fits without modification, and most owners run 18x8 or 18x8.5 on 225/40R18. With rolled fenders and some extra negative camber, 17x8.5 to 17x9 at +35 to +40, or 18x8.5 to 18x9 at +38 to +40 on 225/40R18, sits flush with the fenders.
