The SF9 Forester came on 16x6.5 +48 wheels with 215/60R16 tyres, and the US base model on 15x6 +48 with 205/70R15. Without modification most owners run 16x7 +40 to +48, 17x7 to 17x8 at +42 to +45 on 225/50R17, or 18x7.5 to 18x8 at +42 to +45 on 235/45R18; higher offsets on a wide rim rub the rear strut. With rolled rear fenders and some extra camber, 17x8 +35 to +40 on 245/45R17 fits.
