The SH9 Forester came with 17x7 +48 wheels and 225/55R17 tyres, the same size front and rear. Without modification it fits 17x7.5 to 17x8 at +40 to +48 on 225/55R17, or 18x7.5 to 18x8.5 at +42 to +48 on 235/45R18 to 245/45R18. With rolled fenders and some extra camber, most owners run 18x8.5 to 18x9 at +35 to +40 on 245/45R18 or 255/40R18.
